Refund & Return Policy – ZAROORI
At ZAROORI, we maintain strict quality control and limited production runs. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless stated otherwise below.
Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• The item is unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Worn, washed, or altered items
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Gift cards
Return Process
To request a return, email us at support@zarooriwear.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• Description of the problem
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
⚠️ Do not send items back without approval — they will be rejected.
Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover shipping
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved:
• You will receive store credit or refund (at our discretion)
• Place a new order separately
Refunds
• Refunds are not guaranteed
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund
Order Cancellations
• Orders cannot be canceled once placed
• No changes can be made after checkout
Important Notice
ZAROORI reserves the right to:
• Reject any return that does not meet our policy
• Refuse service in cases of abuse or excessive return requests
